Balsa may store enquiries, messages, offers, saved listings, saved searches, reports, moderation decisions and block records so the product can function safely.

The app may collect technical data such as browser, device, request and hosting logs. If configured, Balsa may send transactional emails for account, message, alert, report or shop onboarding workflows.

Balsa may use providers including Supabase for database, authentication and storage; Vercel for hosting; Resend for email; and Google Maps or Google Geocoding for location-related features.

Information is used to operate listings, search, accounts, messages, safety tools, shop applications, notifications and support. It may also be used to prevent abuse and improve the product.
