For account help, include the email address on your Balsa account. For listing or safety issues, include the listing link, seller or buyer name, screenshots if useful, and a short description of what happened.
Report fake listings, stolen-board concerns, suspicious payment requests, harassment, abuse, misleading listings or anything that feels unsafe. Reports are reviewed by Balsa and may lead to listing removal or account restrictions.

If you want to delete your account, you can start deletion from the app account settings or email support. Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, safety, fraud-prevention or dispute reasons.
