No harassment, threats, hate, abuse, spam or pressure tactics. Keep messages focused on the board, inspection and pickup.
Meet in a safe public place where practical. Inspect the board before paying. Avoid unusual payment requests, shipping pressure, overpayment scams or requests to move immediately to suspicious channels.
Balsa is for second-hand surfboards and closely related surfboard marketplace activity. Do not list stolen goods, counterfeit goods, unsafe goods, prohibited goods or unrelated items.
Report suspicious listings, scam behaviour, abusive users, stolen-board concerns or inaccurate listings through the app or by contacting support.
Balsa may remove content, warn users, restrict accounts or block users where needed to protect the marketplace.
